Max-OT Online Training Course

Your goal should be to use the maximum weight which allows you to perform 4-6 reps of a single exercise.  If you can't do 4, then the weight is too heavy, if you can do 8, then it's too light.

Proper warm up and heavy weight accumulation sets should be done prior to working these sets.
